THE RIPOFF CONTINUES UNABEITED!
On Tuesday 10 July 18 @ 04:58 I received the following SMS from MTN. "Yello, In our efforts to continuously improve our customer experience MTN will be changing the date on which your inclusive value, data bundles and value added services are being provisioned to 12 days earlier on the 26 of every month. Your debit order date and payment due date will remain unchanged. We dont anticipate any interuptions to your services or billing during this process". On Friday 27 July 18 I checked my balances on my data and airtime and I was credited with my data and airtime. This effectively STOLE 6.86GB of my daytime DATA and R 243.16 of my airtime from my July balances. I ask MTN , HOW THE HELL CAN THIS BE AN IMPROVED CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE WHEN THE *****ING SCHEMES OF MTN CARRY ON UNABEITED!! The same can be said about airtime being skimmed off my cellphone balance even though WI-FI, Mobile Hotspot, Bluetooth and Near Field Coms are OFF. These questionable practices by MTN must be investigated as there is definately no benifit for the customer! MTN's bottom line is all that matters!

Kindly check your usage and billing for parts of the 26th, 27th below? - Please note the data had already been used up and the airtime taken was later re provisioned and is currently available in your evergreen wallet.
