The right hand does not know what the left hand is up to !!!!

MTN is at it AGAIN. Have a contract with MTN, where R200-00 airtime is required to be paid on the 7th of each and every month, together with an SMS advising me that the airtime is available. This has NOT materialised for the past few months and it is prompting me as client to take my business elsewhere !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ???????????????????????????????
