The retentions department does not answer calls!!!

If I could rate negative stars then I would. I want to cancel my mtn contract, have phoned and waited on the line for hours and hours and no answer... however call the upgrade department and they answer in less than 30 seconds. This service is beyond pathetic and infuriating just to perform a simple task
