THE ****PY CONNECTION - MTN

What a joke MTN is - they call themselves the better connection - they are the ****py connection. I have sent three emails, tried their app, tried their customer care line and NOTHING. No one gets back to you - there is a problem with theft on disappearing airtime, yet they can't be bothered to contact their customers!!! Well Done MTN you just lost a loyal customer and clearly you all need a lesson on customer care.
