THE POOREST CUSTOMER SERVICE, POOREST NETWORK PROVIDER

Previously, I would have recommended MTN to people but the opinion I had of them has drastically changed. Honestly, I am beyond disappointed with the service I have been receiving. I have been sent from pillar to post for the past two months and have now been charged for a router than never worked and is not in my possession. All I want now is my money back and to sever whatever ties I had with them. MTN DOES NOT CARE ABOUT IT'S CUSTOMERS AND THE LAW, THEY DESERVE TO BE REPORTED TO THE OMBUDSMAN... I WILL BE ESCALATING TO THE OMBUDS SHOULD THEY CONTINUE TO SEND ME FROM PILLAR TO POST.
