The one hand does not know what the other is doi ... Pathetic service received from MTN and DS

Having spent the last 3 months trying to get my upgrades delivered had caused me to write this review..MTN has introduced a new system for delivery and when my finger scan came back as failed not one person at the call centre had any idea who to put me though to authenticate my details and give DSV the go ahead to deliver with an OTP....DSV can't see MTN instructions on the device they use and I can't pass my finger print scan....I am fed by with the *********** service and can't even write an email...it has been 2 months and none of my mails were answered
