The number does not exist
i have been trying to get through to MTN 808 to cancell my contract but it is impossible. if i dial from mtn phone 808 i get the ivr options and when you select to speak to someone i get cut off. tried calling from a landline and when you dial 083 1 808 its says the number does not exist. i get through to the pay as you go dept but they cant help me. <br> as i have made numourous attempts to contact mtn to cancell my contract with the issue being on MTN side please take this as acceptance you have received my cancellation request and have cancelled the contract. please note i am stopping my debit order. its not my fault you service sucks. also please note that if you do not cancell this contract i shall be forced to take this to small claims court and the ombud.
