The nightmare continues

Days on end with your call centre and not a single agent can assist with data share, linking of numbers, all they can do is verification, transferring calls to wrong departments and the usual cutting of calls. I've spent a lot time assisting them on how the mtn app works. It is not my job to educate them how linking numbers work. I need my numbers linked on my profile, please assist.
