I have now logged TWO incidents, phoned Renentions countless times (the calls NEVER get answered) and sent tons of emails. I'm quickly reaching a point now where I will take this matter to an Attorney. Please do your job. Calculate the penalties for early termination of this contract so that I can pay the penalties and be done with you. This is the last time I am requesting this from you.
