The New Contract application is longer than expected and no resolution to query

All i want to add is that nothing has changed to date,I am reading some of the post even from 2years ago and still nothing has changed. I was given the impression that when we do online applications with MTN or CCI the process was of much convenience than going to the store ...its all a lie..I have tried to escalate the matter no one cares ...talk about service delivery, all they do is send back and forth emails someone saying please solve please solve no resolution is coming out of this . Moral of the story is I never got the phone I app**** for and no one at MTN
