The network that creates endless problems with countless excuses

This is not the first time that i have had to deal with MTN's horrific service, neither is it the second or the third time. My contracts ended and i switched to prepaid for both my numbers *** and ***. ever since then it has been a downward spiral. i am not able to make calls to either of my numbers, i am also not able to receive calls on both my numbers as it says the number is incorrect or the number doesn't exist. i have called MTN countless times and all the times i call there is a new story that the MTN consultant comes up with. Either their system is old or they transfer me numerous times without my query being resolved. MTN has always been utterly useless and now with covid 19 affecting businesses they have become much more rotten. I WANT TO BE ABLE TO USE MY SIM CARDS THAT IS THE REASON I HAVE THEM!!!!! FIX MY SIM CARDS/NUMBERS BECAUSE YOU GUYS SAY THAT THEY ARE NOT SUSPENDED AND NOT BARRED SO THE ISSUE LIES WITH MTN AND THEIR LACK OF EVERYTHING!!!

P.S you probably wont be able to call me because you guys haven't fixed my numbers!!!!!!
