The NCA violated

I have app**** for made for business contract at an MTN store on the 20th of October 2020 and I am being told that my application is still under investigation. MTN promised to give me a response within 72 hours of application which did not happen. MTN has violated the National Credit Act in this instance because I have not been informed why credit has not been granted after have app****. I am really disappointed with this telecommunications giant. B505416
