The MTN insurance company needs to pay

Good day I need help, I had my phone device insured with MTN I have been paying for it for the past 15 months, the device was covered for theft/loss, damages and repair. The only claim I ever made was for repair of which I paid R630 for it, I lost my device 2weeks ago as a result of jammed car doors, I filled for a claim and it was declined, I was told that their policies don't take claims for loss/theft resulting from jammed doors. When I insured my device I covered it for everything, there was no where in the policy where it said the phone won't be covered as a result of how my device was ******, no one decides how they want their device damaged or ****** The MTN insurance company needs to pay for what I have been paying them for.
