The MTN Call Centre is TRULY useless!

I made 9 calls this morning so far. Poor service, it took hours to speak to someone. The "service champions" are clueless and bad-mannered. I was just upgraded to the wrong package via phone.

The Retention department is useless, lying about the packages.

I have 118 gigs on the new contract. ZERO data is shareable.

I told the retention lady that I only want shareable data, not promotional.
