The most useless network provider
I have received nothing but **** service from MTN. I have been trying to get MTN to resolve my issue from the 19th of May regarding a wrong device for an uograde. I have seent from pilar to post. From today onwards I am going to write bad review for MTS until the contract is cancelled. *** this is one of the many REFs I have received in addition to the many promised from the call centre and MTN on Facebook.

I simply wish for the current upgrade to be cancelled because the agent, Anna Granny Malebane (whom I have sent emails to which she never rep****) deliberately sent a wrong device. I called MTN direct in the evenning of May 7 to up an upgrade and informed Anna that I wished to take something cheaper than the R369 (I hope I am not misrepresenting the amount) I was then paying. She informed me the only thing cheaper was an A20 package for R330 or something along those lines. I took the contract, and then went to an MTN store a few day later and in your catalogue, there I saw Huawei P30 lite for R299 a month. I gave her a called back and asked her to change the package to the latter. She promised to this, only for the Samsung A20 to be delivered on the 19th, I got in tough with DSV who came and collected the device a few days later on the 21st of May (Parcel ID: M777WR136A000000A9D3) and I have been chasing MTN ever since to have this contract cancelled. I called immedietely after the package was delivered because I wanted to use the 7 days obligation free period. I have emails to ***; *** and facebook messenges as proof should this be required. Refer also to the REF number I included in post above. Again on the 3rd of July Zamkohle Ngubane rep**** to my HellePeter post and promised to assist to this day I am still waiting
