The most terrible service I have ever received.

I have had nothing but issues on my account to close it, have been told that my account was upgraded which I did not do. I was then told there was an issues with a migration of systems which upgraded and then I was told that there was a system issue. I have been trying to sort this out since May. All I get is that it's under investigation. I have been debited three months over my contract. This service is absolutely terrible. Cannot believe that you take people's money and when it's your fault you take months to sort the issue out.
