The most stinky service I've ever received

I app**** for a phone and laptop on the 15 June, approved but the laptop was not in stock. I urgently needed the laptop as I have to submit my assignments at UNISA which are due from the 2nd August and I explained my situation to the agent (Patrick) at Mall of Africa store. He said I should wait for five days he'll keep me in touch. The chap never called, tried calling him but he never answered his phone. I just arrived here are the store 7 days later, and it looks like he had completely forgotten about me cause it its only now that he is asking around about the laptop I want, and he is told the laptop is had to find. I then had no other choice but to take the one that is more expensive than the one I initially app**** for as per his advice. Suddenly he came back from the back office telling me that he just spoke to the courier company and was just advised that the stock is on it way and I should collect the items tomorrow morning.

I mean, what kind of service is this!!! The chap does not even care about my studies
