The Most pathetic service I have recieved!

First and foremost MTN does not deserve a star!

Your service is the most pathetic and disgusting service I have ever experienced I have had the worst customer experience with MTN

I upgraded my phone and it was delivered on the 04/01 to only find that the iphone 12 Pro was faulty I called the call Center on Friday informing them of the incident and I was referred to the store I went to the store and I was not assisted I was referred back to the call Center because my upgrade was done online

Monday the 10/01 I called the call Center and I dealt with the most *********** MTN staff who were unhelpful and seem to not know what to do! I was transferred from Pillar to Post! I am a very unhappy customer and I am definitely cancelling my contract with MTN

Your service is so disgusting and I am tired of dealing with you guys You never take customers serious So I am done with you guys.
