The most pathetic service from MTN Chatsworth

I have been a loyal customer with MTN for the past 10 years, I’ve taken phones, tablets and data contracts.

Majority of my dealings was done at the MTN store in Chatsworth Centre, of which I had good relationships with the staff including Beverly and Rose who always were so pleasant to deal with.

Today, the 12th January 2022, I walked into the Mtn Chatsworth store. My wife's contract was due for an upgrade, as both of us went in to take a new device. All excited, we walked into the store only to be met with such terrible rudeness from a staff member named Nomunde. Her attitude was disgusting, laughing and joking with her friend for some time until she finally listened to what we had to say. Told her that we were there for an upgrade, she says only one person can go in. The contract is on my name and my wife would need to choose a phone, so we both would need to go in... she insisted no we could not, but with a very bad attitude. While talking to her, she tells us to pull up our masks, my wife and I already had our masks on and set properly and followed all Covid 19 protocols. Her rudeness and arrogance was very evident.

For a store that prides itself on customer service, I am shocked that they would ever let someone of this caliber to work there.

This has left a very sour taste in my mouth about MTN. I am definitely considering going to another network and cancelling my contracts.
