The most pathetic service ever

<p>I have been a client of Altech Autopage for many years. This year I had to change over to MTN.</p> <p>In April 2016 I made a payment to Altech Autopage for R1000 as I was unaware that my account was already changed over to MTN. Since then I have been phoning and emailing MTN to credit my account for the money paid but have been unsuccessful in getting any joy. My wife has also been to the MTN store many times but without any success. I have spent many days e-mailing and phoning MTN but am still unable to rectify this matter. I even tried Altech Autopage but cannot get through.</p> <p>To make matters worse, I am now unable to make any calls. I have spent most of yesterday trying to get assistance but didn't get any up to now.</p>
