THE MOST INCOMPETANT COMPANY!!!!!!

To anyone who is even thinking about having a business contract I urge you to think again.

Mtn is known as south Africa's best cellphone network provider and let me tell you that if this is the truth then the standard is very low.

Since November 2021 i have been trying to cancel a contract, mtn upgraded the contract with out my knowledge after telling me we could not upgrade the contract. I have not been able to use the router since November but I continue to be charged.

I was advised by mtn in march 2022 the contract was canceled and that they would credit me all the way from November last year.

Mtn has since switched off my services every single week because i have now refused top pay for something i did not ask for or services i never received.

The mtn management seems to think they are to important to call back i have asked on numerous days that management calls they never do the issue has been escalated every time and still no change.

Mtn cant call customers back you seem to be very entitled when *****ing money for services not delivered i have been more than fair in trying to resolve this. You are costing me money
