The Most horrible customer service!!!

My contract is expired and was overdue. Settled the whole amount and cancelled. Called to be provided with a settlement letter and I was transferred from one department to another. At some point I was I’ll advised to visit a branch, which I did and they referred me back to customer service. I was transferred again from one department to another for close to an hour until my call was eventually picked up but there was no champion attending to me. I could hear in the background that they are having a conversation amongst themselves until my call was hung-up. I started the process again and was transferred amongst departments again until knock-off time. I am asking myself if ever you Induct your champions because no one knows what the other does or the department that can assist. I will never ever ever ever ever associate with MTN
