The most disgusting service ever received!!!!!!!

I would not recommend customers to set a foot at the MTN store Southgate mall. My husband and I received the worst service ever! On the 29th April 2017 we went to this store for contract phones, everything was approved, we were then told that they do not have stock in the Huawei P8 Lite but they will contact my husband as to when he can collect the phones. The whole week went pass without any calls received, my husband was then called on the 4th May 2017 to advise they are still awaiting stock. I then called the store tyhe next day (Friday) around 15:20 just as some other customer to find out if they have stock of this phone and the lady answered yes. I then rep**** "then why did no one contact my husband to advise him he can collect the phones, the lady (Petunia) said she will ask Kgomotso to contact my husband. The time was then 16:20 and no calls were received, I then called again on ********** , spoke with Petunia again, she asked my husband's details and I just gave his name. Petunia then advised that the application is still in progress and that 1 document was unclear so they had to re-submit the forms. Petunia advised she will contact my husband on ********** to give him an update then call me as well by 17:00. I must say, Petunia stuck to her word and contacted my husband and me to advise we can collect the phones the next day (Saturday, 6th May 2017). On this day we arrived at the store around 9:30am, we were assisted by Bongani up to around past 10:00 when we were told they are having problems with system. I then said we will then go to the bank then come back. We got back to the store around past 11:00 and we had to wait another 1hour for them to process this contract as Khensani now was busy with this, Khensani have apologised for the long wait and K****tso said it's a long process. I mean now really!!!!!! Customers who came after us left before us with their phones. I have asked Kgomotso does this process take 4 hours because at that time we were so long there it was afternoon. Imagine this part, this is shocking, Kgomotso said something in their language and they laughed along with another customer whom Kgomotso was assisting and quess what, Kgomotso said in her language that I CAN'T WAIT FOR THE PHONES which seemed to be a joke to them, not knowing I could understand what she was saying. Now that ****ed me off. To top this up we were told the system captured my husband's number twice instead of my new number as well and they had to lodge this query with head office to correct which will take approx 2 working days, which I told them it is not the system but themselves whom have captured the number twice. Today we are on the 3rd working day and my sim card is still not activated. I called the same number, asked for Kgomotso whom advised she had lodged this with head office and she does not know why the sim is not activated to I should contact head office or my husband should contact to get this sorted. I told her I do not work for MTN neither does my husband, I then dropped the call. I called my husband and he said Kgomotso advised him that Bongani will contact him. I had to call Bongani for him to phone my husband to assist.

I really do find this treating customers unfairly and utterly rude and I feel we were disrespected.

Please do help with this complaint as I don't think it's fair to have a phone and unable to use it then MTN will deduct the full amount at the month end.

the service MTN Southgate Mall is disgusting!!!!!!!
