The local dismal MTN store

MTN 28 Degrees North Shopping Centre - Germiston Every time I go in there, I feel unwelcome. None of the staff are passionate about their job and customer service. I have been quiet about this for too long, but today was the last straw. I phoned in and spoke to a Brenda, we were talking about why their branch hasn't had iPhone 8 stock in 2 months. She thought it would be funny to have a laugh with her colleague about it while I was on the line. To top it off, nearing the end of our discussion, she rudely puts the phone down without saying goodbye! In the past, I got around the staffs attitude, because I only dealt directly with George, who has recently left. He was the reason I kept supporting that store for the past 6 years, but I won't anymore. Don't support that dismal excuse for an MTN store. Wake up MTN, you are ****ing your brand with badly managed stores like this.
