The inefficient, inconvenient behemoth that is MTN.

Terrible service. MTN keeps plying me with Black Friday deals but they don't care to respond to a request I logged with them 7 days ago. Every time I follow up their turnaround time changes. First I'm told it's 3 days, then 3-5, and now it's become 3-7. Am I to wait indefinitely? Their customer service department is also extremely unhelpful. Nice people but hamstrung by the inefficient, inconvenient behemoth that is MTN. I'll be terminating my contract at the earliest opportunity.
