The horror of trying to contact Mtn South Africamtn

I had done an upgrade to my phone contract on 28 June 2020, and was given the opportunity to revise the chosen option within a week. I, as well as my daughter, tried many times to get in touch with mtn . People who eventually answered put is through to other numbers, people. To no avail. The line just plays music for about 18 minutes and then runs dead. Repeated calls to the contact numbers have been made but all have failed. Many hours in each day have been used to try and successfully connect with mtn. This is the worst company to do business with. The ineptitude of the people there is unbelievable.
