THE HIDDEN MTN LEGAL DEPARTMENT

MTN legal department i have made many calls to MTN trying to resolve the issue of removing the legal hold on my account for the past 2 weeks but to no avail because the legal dept is not taking any action.If you request their numbers the agents will tell you that its beyond their reach.I wonder what kind of business or company that hides or ignores their clients when they need quick response to their needs.As it stands i wanted to upgrade my contract but now i just want to terminate the contract since i don't owe them.The more they delay to respond it is costing more because i can't plan anything.My reference is 1/ ********** 6161 and ********** 31
