THE GROVE MALL - COMPLAINT

" I visited the MTN store at THE GROVE last night and guess what?!!!!! I was chase out of the store and sworn at and threatened by an MTN employee in full view of the public. Does MTN not send their staff for customer training ? The manner this guy conducted himself in was disgusting and he had his uniform on. He was so out of control that his colleagues had to restrain him. I have been with MTN for the past +16 years and NEVER experienced this sort of behaviour ! " THE ABOVE WAS A COMPLAINT I POSTED IN JUNE! WE ARE NOW AT THE END OF AUGUST , WHEN WILL THIS BE RESOLVED?????????!!!!!!!!!! IS THE STORE MANAGER GETTING PAID TO SIT AND RELAX ???????????

HI , I HAVE STILL RECEIVED FEEDBACK YET!!! THE STORE MANAGER HAD PROMISED TO APOLOGIZE IN PERSON FOR HER STAFF'S BEHAVIOR TOWARDS MY WIFE AND I AND WOULD CALL BACK TO SET UP A SUITABLE DATE AND TIME HOWEVER I HAVE NEVER HEARD FROM HER SINCE. SHE ALSO OWES US AN ACCESSORY FOR THE S9 WHICH SHE DID NOT HAVE IN STOC**** I HAVE SENT MANY MESSAGES ON FACEBOOK BUT NO RESPONSE !!!
