the failing giant #mtn

The struggle continues I am trying to follow up on a data contract that I signed up for 3 weeks ago. I made a payment via a MTN payment link, but to date I have not had any communication to establish the date of delivery for the Modem.

I have spent at least 5 hours on the phone and I have made no progress. I visited the MTN store in Rosebank but the agents were also unable to assist. This is an exact repeat of the initial contract I had.

Nowhere to turn anymore. It is understandable that why there are so many bad reviews. Any assistance MTN??
