The Extra Mile
<p>I recently went in to add a contract to my initial plan at MTN Mall @ Carnival. I was walked through everything thoroughly by a lady named Mpho. I was done with my application in about 15 minutes and got approved not 30 minutes after that. Upon returning to claim my device, we found out that there wasn't actually stock of the exact bundle that I was looking for. However, Mpho helped me and went the extra mile to be able to get me exactly what I was looking for, by phoning and finding out what she could do for me.<br /><br />Thank you Mpho, for taking the sitution so seriously. It was a pleasure dealing with you and your outstanding service.</p>
