The Disrespectful ******** MTN

On the 8th of April I bought 250 allnet minutes but got depleted only after using about 1hr 30’ , the social media team is disrespectfing me on Twitter instead of doing their jobs, it’s a pity there is no platform to attach the screenshots here, they just don’t care, they have all the systems to check but they want finer details from me
