The data keeps disappearing and when you call in to MTN you get a reference,there after you don't get any call from them nor do they correct the missing data

The data keeps disappearing and when you call in to MTN you get a reference,there after you don't get any call from them nor do they correct the missing data. This is ridiculous because we are paying for this and they show no care whatsoever.
