\THE CUSTOMER MUST JUST BE PATIENT, SAYS MTN\""
i bought a blackberry phone last year October 2015, on the 8th January i sent it back as it had network issues. i was told to comeback after 3 weeks and i did. upon arrival my phone was not yet back and me and the store manager called MTN and they said i must wait another week as my phone can not be fixed, it will have to be exchanged. i came back the following week and we called again me and the sales floor manager, MTN again asked for 7 working days. last Friday the floor manager called them again and MTN said they dont have stock, the customer must be patient. i have not had my cellphone which i bought in cash worth R2500 since the 8th of January, i am told to wait for stock. we tried all we could me and the floor manager at the store but to no avail. MTN does not want to exchange for another phone and they don't want to give me my money, all MTN consultants can tell me is that they are awaiting stock. what about me not having the phone i paid for i cash. do they mean to tell that in all of south Africa they cant find a brand new blackberry Z3 to exchange me with. MTN please I WANT MY PHONE BACK, i dont owe a cent on that phone.
