The change of premium from R 1,706.00 to R 288.00

Re: Change of payment I have sent numerous email to complaints and customer services.

My installment has been changed without my knowledge not approval from R 288.00 to R 1,700.00, please investigate and correct this for me.

My installment has been changed without my knowledge not approval from R 288.00 to R 1,700.00, please investigate and correct this for me. The change of premium bill of R 1,706.00 from was not communicated to me I never agreed to this change of contract, there is no way that I would accept to have a 100% price increase this is ridiculous please escalate to the management I need to launch grievance. My account is soft lock yet I have paid my normal premium while I’m in dispute for the additional amount.
