The cancer that is Mtn

<p>I went to the shop to sort out an issue that has been going on for 7 months now and the person who is apparently the manager at the shop, was extremely arrogant when I tried to explain my story and request that my service be enabled after it was wrongfully suspended. Silvia kept trying to tell me that the only solution is to pay an outstanding amount (Which is odd since the account is up to date) in order for the account to be activated. And after I insisted that this is not the case I requested that she cancel the account entirely.</p> <p> </p> <p>She then arrogantly said no she is unable to do so without the account holder (my mother) present. She kept on antagonising me which made me even more inpatient as I had to take time out of my day (For the 5th time now) to sort this issue out.</p> <p> </p> <p>My advice would be to stay as far away from an Mtn as humanly possible because that cancer spreads and is impossible to get rid of.</p>
