Pathetically Slow Service - Half of the staff are just enjoying the view. I was l a consultant myself, i can see slacking a mile away. The Avenues MTN has wasted already 2.5 hours of my day. For a simple RICA that the *********** call centre can't assist with. I'm a young business owner. I cannot afford to waste a single second.
