THE ATROCIOUS NETWORK What a unpleasent experience I have had with MTNZA .No one seems to want to assist me or have answers regarding my account 🙃. Each time I call there is inconsistency with information, never able to speak to superiors , no one seems to be able to do simple maths to explain how my acc is under legal when I canceled the contact on time and made the payment I was advised . Communication was sent to me once regarding the acc being overdue beg of Sept which I immediately followed up and was advised it was an error . FFW to 2022 my credit score has decreased due to ur incompetence , I work for a financial institution imagine the effect this will have in my job hunting, currently looking to take credit but because "Bozza" network messed up my account im left with egg in my face . Numerous attempts have been made to get a resolution and everyone at "Bozza" network has no clue how to solve or provide an explanation this 🤔. Before matter is taken to legal it has to go to collection what comms did I receive? Where is the proof ? This account has gone thru billing, collections, retentions and no one has been able to reconcile my account appropriately. Your urgent attention is required.
