The arrogance that is some MTN staff members

This mornig I walked into MTN store located at ground floor Golden Acre mall in Cape Town in a good mood until 1 staff member spoilt my whole day.

I was seeking help with obtaining a paid up letter from a gentleman that was very nice and attentive to my query. Because we kept going back and forth(respectfully I might add) on the understanding of my request, one siya (siya is the name that he was referred to by his colleagues) jumps in to try to assist, rudely.

My issue is the manner that he was addressing me, full of arrogance and disrespect. Upon realising that he did not even understand what my query was, I asked him to stay away so I can deal with the gentleman that was assisting me.

As soon as I was done with the matter that had brought me there, I asked the gentleman that had assisted me to call this siya guy so I can ask him to treat customers with respect next time. As he came from the back office, I asked him nicely to never talk to me like that, and he wanted to argue with me, I quickly asked him to listen, and he talked to me while walking back to the back office, having no remorse for his actions.

MTN if you do not control some of these wild staff members, trust me, you are going to loose customers. I am saying this as I chop my MTN sim card, want nothing to do with them ever again.
