The amazing Samsung S6 crashes after just 4 months
I bought a phone in April from MTN. On Saturday, I had the phone in pocket without using it. AT 3pm at took the phone out my pocket and noted that it was off and did not come on. I took it home and put on charge for 30 minutes. The phone still did not come on. I called MTN on Monday and noted that the phone now came on but was very hot while in operation. Besides the fact that MTN Direct gets transferred to 808, I spoke to consultant after being transferred to MTN Direct to advise that I take the phone into the store. I was advised that if they did not take the phone, that MTNDirect would arrange collection. An hour waiting in the store at lower pavilion I went to the upper mall store. The assistant provided forms and said indicated that I needed proof of purchase. A day later armed with the documents received, I was advised that the documents were still not the Proof of purchase. When asked if the store could call MTN Direct, I was told that I had to do it myself. 3 days and counting without a handset, yet still paying for it. Now waiting for a line manager from MTN Direct in Durban to call me.
