The absolute run around for esim, lies, more lies, nobody knows how it works.
Trying to get esim for Apple Watch has been a nightmare. First, I was told to go in store to do it - which it turns out is unnecessary. Then when I went in store, nobody knew what was going on, there is clearly a deficit in staff training across the board. I went to 2 store, 4 visits, one visit was over 5 hours. The staff tried their best, but had simply not been equipped with the necessary knowledge from their organisation. Then when emailing customer care, first it took 7 days to reply (they state 8 hours and then take 7 days) and then the response is an absolute lie, telling me that the device (a device they advertise and sell - for months already) is not supported and I should wait until it is. Eventually, on my own, I managed to get it working. No thanks to customer care, the stores, or the lies. There's nothing that erodes customer trust more than being flat out **** to. I highly recommend to anyone who cares to know, that they avoid this rotten company.
