The 3rd Hello Peter complaint about MTN refusing to stop spamming me
<p>I keep on being spammed non-stop by MTN everyday (for over a month) with the underneath message, despite renewing my contract for another 2 years....<br /><br /></p> <p>The MTN team on Hello Peter each time use the same lame response: “We are terribly sorry for the inconvenience .... we have requested the relevant functional unit to assist with stopping the emails sent to you with regards to the standard subscription fee....”<br /> <br /> - In the case of both MTN Hello Peter responses, I gave follow-up replies / comments that nothing has changed, but they just ignored it.<br /> <br /> - Tried to get it resolved through the MTN Facebook page twice, but as expected I get ignored (don’t even reply)<br /> <br /> - Followed the “Submit a complaint” https://www.mtn.co.za/Support/Pages/HaveaComplaint.aspx, but as expected I get ignored (don’t even reply)<br /> <br /> - Sent 3 emails to ********** but as expected I get ignored (don’t even reply) Cae numbers: [# ********** 2]; [# ********** 9]; [# ********** 8]<br /><br /></p> <p>Here is the latest in the more than 40 spam messages (including sms)<br /><br /></p> <p>-----Original Message-----<br /> From: ********** ********** <br /> Sent: 15 October 2016 01:11 PM<br /> To: ********** /> Subject: Out Of Contract Charges Notification</p> <p> </p> <p>Yello,</p> <p> </p> <p>Your 24 month promotional contract for mobile number ********** 55 is ending this month.</p> <p> </p> <p>Standard subs of R714.00 monthly will apply.</p> <p> </p> <p>Ts&Cs Apply.</p>
