Thanks to Tshivhidzo
After call centre agents had given me conflicting information, I went to the MTN Clearwater store on 20 Nov where Tshivhidso assisted me. Then, and on a subsequent visit this past week, he spent in total nearly two hours patiently explaining the best options for a new phone, reloading my data, and guiding me through the phone apps. What a great guy, giving great service.
