Thanks MTN!

Thanks to Nondumiso my query was eventually resolved within 10mins over the phone! We always struggle to get efficiency from service providers but with COVID-19 slowing everything down, we have to be a bit understanding. MTN has its own faults but when you finally reach someone - in my case Nondumiso - rest assured everything will be explained and solutions will be given. Thanks MTN! A 4-star is due to just how long it took to resolve my issue!
