I would just like to point out that I don't only complain. I complement as well. Today I had the pleasure of dealing with Khaya Nkomo, he assisted in getting my upgrade organised after the debacle I had with numerous people last week. Employ hundreds more just like him and MTN might be able to restore their dignity.
