Dear MTN

So every time I phone you guys, you answer with how can we brighten u your day? Please be advised that I have more then 20 reference numbers for the same issue I have had since February this year. I have canceled a contract that have expired as I did not want to pay your unrealistic month to month fees. You (MTN) have now confirmed three different dates for the cancelation but still debit me monthly! Seeing that I have another line with you guys, if I reverse the debit order you suspend my number... Please advise on how long you are intended on *****ing my money and keeping this circus running?
