THANKS FOR A GIGGLE!
Thanks, MTN. I had a really good laugh now!
I was with Altech Autopage previously, but did not upgrade my handset last year, as I heard rumors that they are going under. I was put on a cheaper package (R230.00) as I didn't receive a handset. According to them, I'm now only eligible for an upgrade next year.
So it happened that Altech went under, and my contract was transferred to MTN.
I phoned MTN today to find out if I can upgrade to a much more expensive package now, including a handset, while keeping my existing number. The guy told me no. I can only take out a package for R1900.00 a month, with NO PHONE!
What am I missing? Do I really need to go to another service provider, just for a more expensive contract, including a handset?
You can send the docuents to fax number *** and mark it attention Tim. I will then reference the dates accordingly.
The sales agent that might have assisted you was possibly referring to an add SIM (additional contract) amount to the total value of R1900.00.
