Thanks ... but ...
Thank you for coming back to me and responding. I did ask for the probability for an earlier, having been with MTN for 19 years and thinking that loyalty means something. My upgrade month is October, this year. And being called back (much appreciated) I was informed that if I pay two months subscription (the period left until the upgrade) I will be able to upgrade. Why would I pay MTN two months subscription plus the contract cost on the upgrade? I asked if at all possible for an early upgrade, not paying double on a single contract. I will not pay MTN double subscription but then, I will continue with the current R600 per month and then move to someone who might appreciate my average spend of R2000 per month.
