I would like to thank Tshepo Moeng for his dedicated assistance when I got billed for data on a Top Up Package. Tshepo sold me the package and did not back off when the issues started. No he tirelessly continued to try to assist me, he phoned me several times to update me on the status and really did more than his part to assist. Thank you Tshepo, your effort is much appreciated. Hope that MTN could get people like you to work for their customer care....<br>
