Thank you to MTN during lockdown

On 17 April 2020 I contacted MTN via the telephone number indicated on the web page for their branch at Irene Mall. All of a sudden I could not make or receive calls or send or receive any SMS's on my prepaid number. And this in lockdown! I spoke to a lady by the name of Kagiso who informed me that she was working from home but that she could assist me with my problem after I had explained it to her. I think it took less than 2 minutes and my problem was sorted out. She was friendly, courteous and she understood what the issue was and dealt with it expediently. Thank you MTN! #30in30
