What started as a nightmare experience, turned into a wonderful one. I spent most of yesterday just trying to get through to MTN. Today I was lucky enough to end up speaking to Luyanda Gquba. He was amazing, so patient, so knowledgable and just overall wonderful to deal with. Thank you so much Luyanda for your amazing service!
